崇宁重宝中国古钱币之一，是北宋末年比较重要的钱币之一，崇宁重宝为隶书铜大钱，制作多亦精好。铁划银钩，深具骨秀格清之气韵，书法超妙绝伦，堪称币文楷书之颠峰。世人评此为“宋代第一泉”，与新莽并称中国钱法“二圣”。崇宁重宝钱文隶书，古朴方正，严谨庄重，法度固定。令人叫绝的是折十型瘦金书体的崇宁重宝，青铜精制，文字骨秀格清，令人爱不忍释。

北宋徽宗赵佶于崇宁二年，为解困开始铸造崇宁通宝和崇宁重宝折十对钱，崇宁五年停铸。短短四年，崇宁大钱铸量巨大，造成北宋晚期经济陷于混乱，百姓和商家均不愿接受崇宁大钱，最后，崇宁大钱由当十降至当二小钱使用。不同的时期，都会发行极具年代性、代表性的钱币来作为商品交易或者买卖的交换工具。随着历史的流转，这些钱币的使用价值逐渐消失，而呈现出较高的收藏价值。

Chongning Heavy Treasure is one of the ancient Chinese coins and is one of the more important coins of the late Northern Song Dynasty. It is a large copper coin in the official script, with numerous and exquisite craftsmanship. The iron drawn silver hook has a deep and delicate charm, and the calligraphy is extremely exquisite, making it the pinnacle of regular script. The world praises this as the "First Spring of the Song Dynasty", and together with Xinmang, it is called the "Two Sages" of Chinese Qian Fa. Zhao Ji, Emperor Huizong of the Northern Song Dynasty, began casting ten pairs of Chongning Tongbao and Chongning Zhongbao coins in the second year of Chongning to alleviate difficulties. The casting was stopped in the fifth year of Chongning. In just four years, the large amount of Chongning's large money was minted, causing economic chaos in the late Northern Song Dynasty. The people and merchants were unwilling to accept Chongning's large money. In the end, Chongning's large money was reduced from ten to two small coins for use. At different times, highly chronological and representative coins were issued as a means of exchange for commodity trading or buying and selling. With the passage of history, the use value of these coins gradually disappeared and showed high collectible value.
